When you have customers around the world, making decisions quickly – even the small ones - can dramatically impact product and service deliverables.  From hardware and machinery to clothing and perishables, having secure access to real-time information can be the difference in turning customers into advocates.

For Viña Santa Rita, a vineyard in Chile, providing employees with information to make harvest, packaging and shipping decisions is as vital as water and sunshine.  While their use of technology is impactful, their connection to the vineyards and passion for their work is inspiring.  Sit back with a glass of vino and enjoy their story and how they make awesome work.
