On August 11, Citrix expanded Platform Flex with two powerful new components: Citrix Experience Insights Flex and Citrix SecurSpaces Flex. This builds on the initial launch earlier this year that brought Citrix DaaS Flex and Citrix SecurAccess with Chrome Enterprise to Azure.
Citrix Experience Insights Flex (formerly uberAgent) delivers enterprise-grade observability, fully managed by Citrix and powered by Splunk Cloud. It turns detailed telemetry from sessions, endpoints, applications, networks, browsers, SaaS activity, and security signals into clear, actionable insights—without the need to buy and manage a separate analytics platform.
Citrix SecurSpaces Flex (formerly Secure Developer Spaces) provides secure, cloud-hosted Linux developer workspaces. It helps organizations onboard developers faster, protect source code, data, and credentials, and simplify operations through a flexible, predictable consumption model.
Citrix Platform Flex was designed as a broader model that supports more roles and workloads through a shared pool of credits. These two new services prove that vision. Customers can now address end-user computing, security, observability, and developer productivity under one flexible framework.
